Dolce Camporeal Lisboa - Turcifal

This place suits me perfectly! The indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. I remember how the staff helped me with plug adaptors on my first stay. Don't miss the really good breakfast! I'll return for Christmas.

This excellent, fairly clean property has excellent Englishbreakfasts and very welcoming staff. There is a nice gourmet restaurant.

It was good home base for travelling to Turcifal, I was glad to stay there. The staff were both amiable and excellent. I had a great breakfast with delicious dessert, the food was fine. No reason to complain, the venue met requirements.

Rooms need an information Pack

Extremely spacious and luxurious rooms with splendid interior, food lovely. Good choice of facilities like: a safe box, TV set, and a mini fridge bar. Location next to close to many great spots to eat and vineyards, forests, and fields and Lisbon for the day.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the fine views from my Premium King Room with Golf View. The breakfast was good, offering fresh choices, and the staff were attentive, providing excellent service at every turn.

Location felt remote.

Room comfort (suitable for a 5 star hotel).

Breakfast was good but with little diversity. Service level not is not suitable for a 5 star hotel. Staff is friendly but the service is weak, confusing and time consuming.

Spa, comfort, the size of the apartments and its equipments

If you are going in a holidays or so here is an advise: they weren't prepared for it, and they had much more guests than they expected, so many services were delayed (like breakfast, spa admissions, etc...). Although that wasn't supposed to happen in a 5star hotel!

The room was cozy, but the outdated pool area needs some love.

We stayed in one of the serviced apartments which was spacious, comfortable, nicely furnished and with a splendid scenic view across the golf campo to the distant hills. A buffet breakfast in the hotel was included. A car park under the apartments kept the car cool when not in use. Our apartments were about 300 yards from the hotel up a steep road. It provided an energetic walk, but for those like us who are elderly or unfit, the hotel provided an on demand shuttle service to and from the hotel by electric golf buggies. The hotel is located close to the toll motorway giving good access to tour the area by car. There are splendid beaches and magnificent palaces within a 40 minute drive. The golf course is of a high standard with all the usual facilities.

2nd time here, and not the last. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment was nice furnitured and big enough, perfect for a family with the 2 years old running machine. Big hug to A. Flor who helped us to solve problems with the motorvay company.

The decor was nice enough, but waking up to ants all over my things was definitely less than pleasant. Breakfast choices were abundant but cold both mornings-hardly what one expects. I almost gave a good review until i realized there was no special treatment, i was just another guest. Unbelievable!

I must say that i loved my stay on the Hotel. It's perfect for family with children because it very well equipped with an excelent outdoor swimming pool and also a indoor swimming pool. Besides that if you stay in an apartment (very nice!) you will have access to another swimming pool that belongs to the building where your apartment is. There's also a wood house full of games and entertainment for children (parents can choose if they stay or not with the children while they play). All the complex its surrounded by golf fields which gives a very nice view to the guests. The breakfast its very complete, it has everything you want, variety of cheese, eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, potatoes, pancakes, fruits (kiwi, pineapple, orange, melon, watermelon, fruit salad), different kind of cereals, several types of bread, butter, marmalade, honey, strawberry jam, berry compote, croissant, panike, juices, milk, coffee and even champagne. The swimming pool has a very nice bar that it's open all day and where you can get ice creams, drinks and several kinds of snacks. There are a lot of chaise longue and also sun umbrellas. You will notice that the water of the swimming pool its very clean the staff is always careful. The hotel has 3 restaurants, my favourite is "Manjapao", it's a buffet restaurant, you will pay 19€/person (without drinks) but the food and the deserts are great. The other two restaurants are "Grande Escolha" and "Club House", the first one its a Gourmet restaurant, formal, wonderful food but a little bit expensive, the last one serves "normal food" and is the cheaper of the three, yet i think it's expensive for the type of food served. The staff is very pleasant, always available to help you and give you all the information you need. The hotel promotes several activities (golf, self defense lessons, aerobics, equestrian, cinema for kids, disco for kids, snooker and football tournaments, ...).

i don't have anything that i didn't like, maybe the staff at breakfast could be more efficient when you ask for coffee and milk, but apart that it's perfect. As a suggestion, the hotel manager should think about opening swimming pool bar at night with ambient music.

The golf is great and the appartment we had was spacious and very comfortable.

There is a dishwasher in the appartment but no powder/tablets to use it. It would be good to have basic non-perishable such as dishwashing liquid, tea towels, pepper and salt in the kitchen. Otherwise there was everything you need.
